Who Else Wants Having Low Acid Java

I love java. I absolutely love it and drink several pots daily. It is no secret that java can be very acidic. Because of the amount of coffee I tend to drink I had to wonder if all the coffee was making my stomach troubles I have for many years or, at the very least, exacerbating the acid reflux. To check this theory I went in search of coffee with low acid. There was only one brand of low acid java available at the local grocery shop.

I decided to give the low acid coffee beans a shot. I have to say when it comes to coffee I have become very picky. I am used to having deliciously flavored coffee beans as well as sinfully sweet creamers to choose. Switching to the low acid java was not as hard as I considered it would be but switching over to a non-flavored coffee was a bit of a shock for me.

Surprisingly enough, after a few days of drinking only low acid java I noticed some improvements with my painful reflux. I was not having heartburn nearly as often, and when I did, it was not as hard. I realized that the doctor was right and several of my trouble was due to my own habits. I suppose that changing your habits is worth it.

Whenever you suffer from pyrosis or other stomach problems and you are a heavy java drinker as I am, I really recommend to give low acid coffee a shot. Have it at least 7 days and see if you find a difference. Because if you do so you will make the switch for good.
